GiGi Money — Account Deletion

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your GiGi Money account at any time. Here's how:

How to delete your account

Open the GiGi Money app and log in to your account.

Go to Settings (gear icon in the top right).

Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".

Confirm the deletion. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.

⚠ Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data — including your financial overview, savings goals, streaks, and GiGi conversations — will be permanently deleted.

Subscription note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store, Google Play or Stripe subscription. Cancel your subscription through the provider where you subscribed to avoid future charges.

What data gets deleted?

When you delete your account, we permanently remove all data associated with your account, including:

• Your profile information (name, email)
• Financial data (income, expenses, Daily Freedom calculations)
• Savings goals and progress
• GiGi coaching conversation history
• Streaks, XP, and achievements
• Any couple/partner connections

Can't access the app?

If you can't log in or need help deleting your account, send an email to:

privacy@gigimoney.com

Include the email address you used to sign up, and we'll process your deletion request within 30 days.
